Use of the site
Eligibility
Access to and use of tirangalotterygame.in.net (the "Site") is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in lottery or gaming activities under the laws applicable to their place of residence. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Residents of states where online lottery participation is prohibited by local statute, including Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, must not use the Site.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to access or attempt to access any part of the Site using automated means, bots, or scrapers; interfere with the integrity or security of the Site; transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory content; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or network associated with the Site. You must not reproduce or resell any portion of the Site without our express written authorisation.
Payments and account responsibilities
All transactions on the Site, including ticket purchases and prize withdrawals, must be conducted through the payment methods made available at checkout, including UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM, as well as net banking and supported debit or credit cards. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment instrument you use is registered in your own name. If you register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including the Tiranga Lottery name, logo, trade dress, graphics, images, text, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of these elements, is the exclusive property of Tiranga Lottery or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any such content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Limited licence
Tiranga Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy or distribute Site content, modify or create derivative works, reverse-engineer any Site software, use our trade marks in connection with any third-party product or service, or frame or mirror any portion of the Site on another platform without our express written consent.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to [email protected] detailing the allegedly infringing material, the basis of your ownership rights, and your contact information. We will investigate all bona fide notices and take appropriate action under applicable law, including removal of infringing content where required.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, services, and features available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tiranga Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiranga Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount you paid to Tiranga Lottery in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services, including UPI payment processors and identity verification providers. Tiranga Lottery is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of any such third-party service. Any dispute arising from your use of a third-party service must be resolved directly with that third party in accordance with their own terms and policies.
